Subject to availability, when an order is placed it is usually delivered in 2-3 days but we ask you to allow 3-5 working days for an order to arrive which is very rare as 2-3 days is the usual delivery time.
We aim to dispatch the items you ordered as soon as practicably possible in order for them to arrive within the target delivery date. Any dates we specify for delivery of goods are approximate and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay. If we or our suppliers make a mistake, we will use our best endeavours to rectify the problem.
It is possible an order will be accepted with insufficient stock to fulfill that order. In case of items being out of stock, we will advise you by email and offer you the option of a refund or a suggested availability date when in stock.
In certain exceptional circumstances, such as adverse weather, we may be unable to fulfill your delivery in accordance with these terms. For such exceptions, we may require additional time and effort to fulfill the delivery. If this occurs, we will make our best efforts to deliver your order as soon as we possibly can, or you may opt to cancel and receive a full refund.
We cannot deliver items within the same order to multiple addresses. If this is required please place separate orders for each address. Each order will be subject to a separate delivery charge.
Zone 1: UK Mainland Only

Zone 2: Remote UK Areas
Often and more usually there is no additional charge for remote UK areas often including UK islands, but where a fee is charged to us by the courier we would charge an additional fee of £5.95, but only if absolutely necessary, in which case an email requesting an additional payment of the £5.95 would follow after an order was placed with the option to cancel the order if so required.
Areas couriers classify as remote include (often these areas incur no excess delivery fee ~ please email us if in doubt): Northern Highlands AB 31-38 / 41-56, FK 17-21, HS 1-9, IV, KA 28, KW 0-14, PA 20-99, PH 15-32, PH 33.
Zone 3
An additional delivery fee of £14.95 is required for areas in Zone 3 and there is no free delivery rate available for Zone 3 areas.
Zone 3 Areas Include: Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Shetland Islands, Scilly Isles BT, ZZ75, GY 9, IM, KA 27, KW 15-99, TR 21-25, ZE.

N.B. The overseas shipping rates are given above, but should an order be over the standard weight allowance for the shipping rate given above, any additional charges would be notified and requested by email, with the option to cancel the order, if so required. Additional fees for delivery are extremely rare and avoided by us if possible, but should an extra nominal fee be required, it would never be taken without authorisation from the buyer in advance of the payment which they would pay separately after having agreed to the extra fee. No extra payment is ever taken from a buyer without their knowledge or agreement. All rates given above include VAT if applicable.
